I currently work in an inclusion classroom as a kindergarten teacher. I have three years of experience teaching to date in public schools. I attended the University of Rhode Island for my bachelor's degree in early childhood education, and then I went on to Rhode Island College to earn my masters degree in the same field. I've had the opportunity to work with students at all levels of ability, and I found that if I can relate concepts to their interests, this really help students learn. When students are engaged, they learn more successfully. In addition to general elementary school topics, I can also help students prepare for the ISEE and other private school admissions exams and standardized tests. When I have free time, I enjoy cheering on the Red Sox and Patriots, spending time with family, skiing, exploring new places, attending concerts, and dancing.
